Pediatrik Gelişim is currently available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). iOS 16.0 or later is required. An Android version is planned for a future release.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored on servers in Turkey. TLS 1.3 encryption protects data in transit. Passwords are irreversibly hashed with Bcrypt. Comprehensive technical and administrative measures ensure KVKK compliance.

Yes, you can create unlimited child profiles. Each child has their own separate growth chart, vaccine schedule, and developmental tracking.

Yes. The app fully supports both Turkish and English. The language follows your device settings, or you can change it manually in Settings → Language.

A Z-score compares your child's measurements to children of the same age and sex, based on WHO (World Health Organization) growth standards.

Interpretation: 0 is the average. Between +1 and -1 is normal range. Below -2 indicates a low value that may need attention. Above +2 indicates a high value that may need attention.

Colored lines represent WHO percentile curves. Your child's measurements are plotted as points. What matters most is the trend over time, not a single measurement.

If your child crosses percentile lines (e.g., dropping from the 50th to the 15th), this is worth discussing with your pediatrician.

Yes. When you mark a child as "Premature" and enter the gestational age, the app automatically calculates corrected age. Growth charts and developmental milestones are evaluated based on corrected age.

Corrected age is used up to 24 months of chronological age, after which calendar age is used.

The app follows the Turkish Ministry of Health National Immunization Schedule. This includes Hepatitis B, BCG, DTaP-IPV-Hib, PCV, OPV, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A, DTaP-IPV booster, and Td.

The vaccine schedule is automatically created based on your child's birth date. Push notifications are sent 1 week and 1 day before each scheduled vaccine. Overdue vaccines are highlighted separately.

Make sure push notifications are enabled in your device settings for the app.

Tap the "Administered" button next to the vaccine in the schedule. You can enter the date, administering doctor, lot number, and injection site. This information is included in doctor-shared reports.

M-CHAT-R (Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers, Revised) is an internationally validated screening tool for assessing autism spectrum disorder risk in children aged 16-30 months.

Important: This is a screening tool, not a diagnostic instrument. Children with high-risk results should be evaluated by a child development specialist.

Red flags are clinically significant developmental milestones that have not been achieved by the expected age. For example, not walking independently by 14 months, or no meaningful words by 12 months.

A red flag doesn't necessarily indicate a problem, but we recommend discussing it with your pediatrician.

The app includes the following validated screening tools:

M-CHAT-R: 16-30 months, autism screening (20 questions)
ASQ-3: 1-66 months, general developmental screening (5 domains)
EPDS: Postpartum depression screening (for mothers)

Age-appropriate screenings are automatically suggested.

From your child's profile, tap "Share Report." Choose the report type (growth, vaccines, development, or full report) and sharing duration (1-30 days). Send the generated link to your doctor.

Your doctor can access the data via any web browser. Access is automatically revoked when the sharing period expires. You can cancel sharing at any time.

Yes. Doctors can register through the Doctor Portal. After license number verification, they can access patient data shared by parents, add clinical notes, and monitor alerts.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. After confirming your password, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

You can submit a request via Settings → Privacy → KVKK Request in the app, or email privacy@pediatrikgelisim.com from your registered email. Requests are processed free of charge within 30 days.

Yes. Go to Settings → My Data → Export to download all your data in PDF or JSON format. This is provided under your KVKK data portability right.

1. Download "onboarding.pediatric_development" from the App Store.

2. Register with email and password. Accept the privacy notice.

3. Enter your child's details: name, birth date, sex, birth weight.

4. If premature, add the gestational age.

5. Grant notification permissions (important for vaccine reminders).

6. Record your first height/weight measurement.

Your dashboard will now show your child's growth summary, vaccine schedule, and developmental status.

1. Dashboard → Child profile → "Add Measurement" button.

2. Enter height (cm), weight (kg), and/or head circumference (cm). At least one is required.

3. Select the date and source (manual/doctor).

4. Tap "Save." Z-scores and percentiles are calculated automatically.

Tip: Regular measurements (monthly) produce a more accurate growth curve.

1. Dashboard → Sleep → "Add Sleep" button.

2. Select start and end times. Duration is calculated automatically.

3. Choose sleep type: Night sleep or Nap.

4. Enter quality rating (1-5) and wake count.

5. Track weekly and monthly sleep trends in the "Statistics" tab.
